The underlying reasons behind this fundraiser

Some people ask "why go to work for a local charity when you can go with a multinational organisation that will sort everything out for you?"

ANSWER - "it's about ensuring that: I see my monetary contributions go into the community I am going to help; being able to work in the areas that don't get international help; and it is about the determination and drive needed to organise it alone.

Each person has their own way of thinking and helping; For this project I chose this more challenging route to be able to experience living with natives and helping more unvisited or helped regions." - Zainab Lawal
